I made a cheap lil tub to replace my overpriced and undersized aerogarden. It was very imformative having the aerogarden to base it off of however. I ended up using 4" baskets with rockwool and hydroton cubes a 395GPH pump, which wasnt enough for my pursuit of aeroponics and 2 airstones that I ended up not using that often.
General hydroponics nutes changed every week and PH checked most everyday. 430 watt hydrofarm HPS used during veg and flower cycles. Personal note I thought that the 430 is too much light for a small tub but i found a solution= light rail and larger space next time.

Anyway after all my yappin heres some pics, I tried to save it till the end so you guys could see a start finish and not wait months

Looks good to me. Great work. How many weeks did you veg before you put them on 12-12 to flower?

I did 2 to 3 weeks veg under a 430hps on a 24on 0 off light cycle

Never heard of vegging that fast. Wow!

These are nirvana sativa in the tub & BG-ak47 in the AG. The plants are about the same age ( four weeks from germination). The plants in the AG use the standrd ag lights, the tub has a sunbright t-24. The plants in the ag obviously have a growth problem. The plants in the tub are thriving. Grow space is 4" tall-three feet wide & four fetlong. I have a HPS & an in route via ups. I'dd like to get a week more of veg stage under the MH and then start to flower with the 400 wt hps.
When do you think I need to flower?

how high is your space and you say ur using a T24? will you use that for flowering??
I grew mine to a little taller than 2 sodacans high and switched to flower I wanted the plant to stay relativly small but get those buds it has to be big and dense. I find this way better than veggin a big ass plant then not having enough light for the sucker

Space is 4" tall. I plan to flower under a 400 Watt HPS. Will go to the flower mode in a couple of days.
