hey all, This is my first time really postin on the site and figured what better way than with a grow journal. This will be my second grow and hopefully as succesful. My last grow started out with a shop light and through this site ended with a 400 watt hps with 150 hps sidelights on 4 plants 4 ounces of the best weed i ever smelled seen and smoked,heh.I just moved to a new house and my girlfriend gave up our rediculously huge closet to me to grow in,she almost cried doin it but its mine GWA HA HA HA.I got most of my stuff off of craigs list and a locazl hydro shop and i have some ceres seeds that a friend of mine brought back from holland.

I will be seperating the closet in half one side for flowering and one for moms veg and clones,but i am running sog dwc,probably 9 or 10 small plants per container,harvesting every two weeks.i am running a 1000 watt hortilux eye hps for flowering with an intellidrive light mover,and a 400 agrosun metal halide on a light mover for the veg and moms, shop light for clones. Irunning a whole assortment of technaflora products. i have a 4" 240 cfm exhaust fan and a can filter also some box fans and circulating.got some hanna ph/tds meters. got some mylar for the walls.

I have all the supplies,right now i am in the process of designing the closet which if you havnt before it is a lot of work and putting up and taking down and movin all over,especially when your baked,lol.

i will have some pics up tomarow wheni start building the room.i see a couple days of building ahead of me.Buy the way my last grow is what funded this entire setup so its like im building for free,a product that pays for itself fantabulous.

hey i need some help postin pictures, it keepss sayin missing a security something

well i tryed to upload photos again and still sayin the same thing,i contacted admin with ni reply,my ceres seeds i guess were just too old that my friend gave me none germinated all floated in water,sux,but im tryin to score some cuttings from a friend maybe start from that,but its hard cause ppl i know just dont want to hand out cuttings.but well see,i want to get this up and going,i have everything but the plants at this point

i do have a question bout temps im doing a dry run with my lights and everything on and my growroom temp(not under the lights) is around 77F but if i place my meter under the light on top of the bucket it reads around 89F, thats with the fans on and exhaust on,is this normal or do i need a lower temp under the lights

its a little high man 75 but it will work add another fan if at all possibile and then check the temps

damn i figured the prob out the way i have my room set up the cold air intake is near the floor below the exhaust so i just knocked a couple holes in the walls diaganal from the exhasut and temps dropped moved fans around temps dropped again colder air now on opposite side of room under lights 82 now little more tweaking,clones for my new moms arrive in a few days i cant wait to start growin,glad im gettin the bugs worked out now
