I have question for any of you purple pros out there...

Ive been doing some reading and from what I have gathered hindu kush is a strain that will purple with lower night temps late into flowering..

Has anyone done this to hindu kush, or any pure indica kush strain..??

I already have a 5,000btu ac. so i wont need to buy one.

Does it effect yield and how many days do the temps have to be lowered..?

Im not to worried if it effects potency as im cash cropin... lol.. Im from cali and purp is where the cash is.

Also I dont want to hear anyone arguing or telling me that prup is overrated and that it will be a waste of my time to try.... or that im a jackass for fucking with the plant to make turn purple..

purp is purp.. it is what it is.. sure there are better strains out there and way better highs.. and my bud may be better off with out stressing the Fuk out of it.... but if that pretty lil shade of purp gets me an extra $50 a zip im all game!!

get purple maxx from humboldt and lower temps to 55 last weeks of flowering. im not sure if you will get full purple but you def will get some purple hues. look into the strain called "the black" it turns dark purple all over at end of flowering. saw some dude grow it but he said he got a few nanners at the end of flowering. Anyway i guess what im trying to say is your best bet next run is to get some genes that go purple w/o low temps.

btw the grow looks great man, why you got such a small operation if your cash cropping? trying to keep your grow as a misdemeanor? i was thinking massachusets for cash cropping. you can grow up to 50 pds and its still misdemeanor. its got me seriously thinking about it.

yea its a small grow for "cash cropin" Im limited with space, someday when I get into a house then the term might be legit.... someday
but im just growing for "personal reasons"....... like paying off credit card bills..

nah.. but really this whole purple idea is still in the air im not sure if i want to do that to the plants for two weeks..

originally i thought it would be just for a of couple nights but having that a/c run for two weeks.. just means more money and a lot of noise..

its still up in the air i have some time to decide

i dont see how purp is where the moneys at but i guess than again i dont live in cali but most the purple buds i get dont even match up the ones with out purp
