    Default First grow journal coco and dwc

    Plants: 3 AK47 (serious) 1 PPP fem (g13) 1 pure gold fem (g13)

    Mediums coco and dwc

    All the plants are the same age.
    Today they are 21 days old and in the 4th day of flower.

    The plants are fed the full DM gold line as per instructions on the website.

    I keep nutrient strength low im still useing week 1 nutes in my dwc.
    The coco is recieveing a week 2 feed starting today.

    The dwc plants are small for a few reasons I didnt know my ph meter was broken for 2 weeks and i have been concentraing more on the coco as i have already done dwc before.
    I got a new ph meter and started paying more attention to the dwc so its starting to grow better.


    The coco plants have a few layers of hydroton on the bottom and I cut a piece of caplary matting to cover the bottom up to the holes to keep coco from spilling out and to hold moisture in the hydroton at the bottom. There is also 1 layer of hydroton on the top to keep any algea/mold away.

    I change the dwc every week and the coco is watered every 3 days. I will start watering every other day soon as the plants are useing more and more water.

    I have no idea wich plants are wich because the RW cubes i put them in got mixed up. I think the ak will be easy to spot towards the end of flowering but im not sure about the ppp and pure gold.

    The light is a 600w hps (hortilux super hps) in a cooltube powered by a lumatek ballast. Also the plants plants were topped to get 4 main branches.
    Everything is inside a homebox xl.
    I have never sprayed them with water or foliar spray.
    Humidity during veg was around 25%
    Humidity now is around 24-39%

    Solid Joesmama, good to see you started a Journal. I'm subscribed for you mate, it will be easier for people to track you here. The plants look good, too bad not an authentic G13, but even a knock-off is good, haha. I pulled 75g wet of my Mystery Haze earlier today, awaiting the drying now. Hope things go smoothly for you, keep us updated

    Default 11th day flower 28 days from seed

    The DWC plants have been taken out.
    They were stunted to much to keep up with the coco and im tired of the ph game.

    Im gonna use coco only from now on.
    Good growth and alot less work.

    The 3 coco plants are still growing well.
    So far only 2 have shown sex.
    I think 1 is male (ball looking things are growing and no hairs) and the other plant is showing hairs.
    Hopefully i will have 2 females but since its all personal i can get by on 1 healthy female till my next harvest.

    I tied the 4 main stems on each of the 3 plants.

    Pics coming tomorrow or the day after.

    Sounds really nice mate, can't wait to see the new pictures. Wish I could mail you some seeds to put to use, I'm liking the grows with coco more and more. I'll never be broken from organics though . Keep it up mate, I'll be around

    Sorry for the late pics. Have you heard the one about the digital camera and an open bucket of nutrients lol. Here is a pic of the 2 females. Still not sure what they are exactly ppp,pure gold or ak.
