First Grow for some personal meds

~Clones from the Club - (Shiva Skunk & Sour Diesel)
~The pic above is a pick of when I first got them an put them in my dusty ass basement with only a light.
~400watt MH/HPS switchable light with a built in ballast.
~I then made homemade box converted from a 50 year old home made cabinet. (32X24X63)

I am running only 2 50 cfm fans and the temp is great. The basement is sooooo dusty but the filters over the fan are doing wonders. Averaging from 68-75 degrees. Humidity is chillen around 48-55. here is a pic of the box after is was finally completed.

The box is pretty ghetto looking but it does the job.

The Sour Diesel seems to be kicking ass because it is way fuller than the Shiva Skunk.

Other Nerdy Stoner Specs

Planted them straight in Fox Farm Ocean Forest. Watering with reverse osmosis water from the water store (using an aerator to keep some oxygen in the water). PH is around 6.5.

Anyone think I should start flowering to keep the size to a minimum?

Nice, I've been wanting to try some sour diesel but I need to get some carbon filters first, I've heard that is some smelly stuff.

Tell you one thing, it is very small and already has a pretty strong smell. I am going ot add the carbon filter later when I get some more money.

If you are on a budget you should look into making your own. There are some tutorials out there and it's a hell of a lot cheaper. Basically you get a duct fan, some 6" duct, and some sheets of carbon paper (all from somewhere like Home Depot) and put it all together.

I have some lemon D flowering right now and I can't wait to taste it. It's my first round with the Lemon D and it's looking great. GL dude with your sour D.

Making my own seems awesome since I have done it ghetto style so far. Any ofj you guy know about the Shiva Skunk?

It's a pretty heavy yielder. It's been around for a little over 20 years I believe and it's said to be the strongest skunk strain available. Not sure how true that is though. Good stuff though for sure.

Bought Pura Vida Organics for Bloom and veg. Just watered so one veg feeding next watering and then water, then another water, then start flowering....

the sour diesel is still ruling! I had to bend it down to save room. Seemed like a good idea.
