TIP. Cloning should be easy. Key points to sucess......Peat Pucks. Hands down. Or Jiffy Pucks As i've heard. Get some. And some root gel or powder. (gel is better). Cut's at 45 degrees, and take off about a 1/4 inch of skin from the outside on onside above the cut. Dip it in the Gel. Stick it in the Peat Puck. Keep it wet and HUMID for a few week's. Thanks sgt. I definitely needed those tips. Honestly thats one thing i didnt research so much because it sounded eassy. I just chopped off a branch dipped it in rooting powder from about 5 years ago and stuck it in dirt...,

Cool tip about removing some of the skin too ++reps for u! Aslo if u could hepl me once more, how big are the cuttings u usually take. Mine mighta been too small. About 3 nodes

Ok guys as if i wasnt hurting enough from the worst upset ever on superbowl sunday MY OWN CHILDREN struck me another blow. Just after lights on i went in to check on them and while smoking a bowl forgetting all the troubles in my life what should happen you ask? ? My favorite plant, my biggest plant, my sexiest plant,the one in my avatar and the parent of my clone whips out a pair of balls and f-in tea bags me. Thats right , right in the face, a dirty little HERMIE WHORE. And it gets worse this led me to wonder if my other plants were up to no good and it seems like one of the twins might also have a few balls. I had not been checking them regularly since they had an abundance of hairs. Im gonna wait a couple days to be sure. If so it will leave me with only 2 large plants. Luckily i still have about 30 yungins on the way but my sucess rate is no bueno. Out of my original original batch i had 4 males 2 hermies and just 2 female. Is this my fault or just a result of poor bagseed?Sorry bout the rant but had to get it out. o and kick rocks steelers.

on the bright side its ok cause its just my smaller popcorn nugs and im going to let them finish and harvest the seeds

i think mine hermed beceuse of cold water shock or temp change shock??

Your gonna let them finish? How much of a problem do u think the pollen will be with future crops. Im afraid if i let em finish that ill miss some pollen when i clean up and all my babies will have seeds!?!?!?

my plants are all female they all had perfect female flowers and then they hermed they were not exposed to any pollen the hermed from stress im pretty sure . when they "feel" threatened the reproduce seeds themselves to sustain the breed its a survival technique most plants use

so the seeds produced should be feminized!! if your plants were polinated by male polen then that pollen could still be in the room so you have problems ! i guess i would take out the ones with the worst seed growth and hope the others are not effected!

Hey everyone ive got some updated pictures for ya'll to checck out. Im gonna need to use a better camera next time because my cell phone cam does these babies no justice. Nothing big to report i cut down the plant that went hermie but besides that all is well. I cant help but think the kids look streched but ill have to attribute that to the 12/12 at such a young age. Among my pics u will notice i have named 4 plants...Susan, Sara, TitsMagee, And Brittany.. I have done this because from now on we will follow their growth so we do not get confused because i have alot of plants. I have also left TitsMagee in her original 8 oz cup as an experiment to see just how much a plant will grow with such confined root space. If u notice anything wrong let me know. And as always, may the quaker oats dude be with you.

I was in the middle of rearranging my closet and adding some extra 4ft tubes because my babies needed more light/space when the hook that supported my main Cfl setup pulled free from my ceeling and my rig came crashing down.. Luckily the plants were moved at the time but i suffered the loss of 3 Cfls. I feel ridiculous for trying to rearrange everything with the bulbs still in but shit happens i guess. Im outta cash for a while too so ill have to hope the 4 4ft t8 make up for what i lost.. Ill post pics of my new setup when i update in a few days.

Be very careful when cleaning up mercury poisioning is no joke gloves eye protection no bs i tiny drop of that shit could kill ya...ok i might be exagerating a bit but dont touch or breath that shit!
