Whats up! This is the start of my second journal... the first one was a small hydro set up of white russians I was excited about... but now I"m just going with FFOF soil, FF nutes, 400w HPS, 300 squirrel cage exhaust creating neg pressure in my 2X5ft closet with temps in high to mid 70's and humidity around 30-40%.

I have currently 9 plants flower since Dec. 25th... basically 17 days... I will include pics tomorrow once my camera has batteries!

I vegged for 4 wks:

1 WhiteBerry (fem)
1 Hawaiian snow (fem)


Then for 2 wks I vegged:
1 Durban Poison (fem)
1 Super Silver Haze (fem)
1 Lemon Skunk (fem)
4 Power Skunks (unsure of sex... Attitude Freebies!)

Then tossed them under the HPS Dec. 25th and flipped them to flower... the first two are about 1.5ft and the last 7 are about 8 inches...

'preciate it man... They're really taking off right now, so hope you keep checkin back, this is really just an experiment for me to see which strain I like the best... I have many more contestants and another HID I'll be throwing in since I'm only using half of my space... eventually this will all be set up for a weekly perpetual harvest.

yeah hopefully after this money bullshit goes away i can get my grow setup the way i want,it will b a few years before mony is good again

the silver haze is a real strong mental high,it makes me "hallucinate" when i smoke it. smell of it is weird but the high is so complex. u will like the haze.

id grow her if i had room in my current setup.

if the power skunks mature fully then u should like it,skunk has a nice omg relaxin high.

the duban poison,i couldnt grow it bc my cat ate all 20 plants i started,and it smelled real strong even when it was a seedling,it made my room smell like something wonderful.

i havent tried white strains yet. kinda hesitant. heared great reviews on them but i dont like how alot of people only want to grow and smoke white.

Awesome bro! Thanks! I'm excited about the SSH! That'd be one I like in my rotation! The White strain... well, I am a fan of white widow and blueberry... so the white berry just sounded great to me!

I'm a huge, huge fan of the hazes and skunks tho myself! I grew a Hawaiian Haze last year outdoor and it was GREAT! And I'm anxieous to see how this Lemon skunk turns out since I like the hawaiian citrus tastes!

Sorry to hear about the poison tho! Man, thats why I'm a dog person, not that dogs wouldn't do the same thing, but, yeah, guess I really have nowhere to go with that

But back to my equal strain opportunity beliefs, I just decided to order 15 different strains and let them speak for themselves rather than the hyped breeder descriptions off Attitudes descriptions. I have started germing 5 more Power Skunks to veg for 3 weeks and pop into flower about the end of this month, then I also have 5 Alaskan Ice I want to try vegging 2 of them for 3-4 weeks and stagger two more vegged for 3-4 weeks a wk or two after the first two... and the last one witht the same rotation... I'm just trying to keep a constant flow of smoke rollin while testing out the varietions!

haha... super tru! I was thinkin of that as I was trimming the lower 1/3's of them... but I realized I had no clonex cuz the store just closed and on top of it, I'm outta RW cubes!!!!!

I'll prolly run out tues and grab some and take a couple from the White Berry and SSH...

I like this White Berry already, since I trimmed it, you and really tell that it's breeder description is true that it is really a single cola dominant plant... Thats what I'm really going for! I have all the height in the world I need, but branching out could cause a problem for me

Hey Jake! Welcome to round two! Man, I switched from hydro back to soil with NO turning back yet! I forgot how less demanding it is! Anyway, stick around, great to hear from ya! There's much more comin! Gonna be some building upgrades to double my space and many many more beans to plant to get this perpetual harvest goin!

Sweet, did a great job on your last grow so Im sure these ones coming up will be even better. So not a fan of the hydro eh? I have noticed that it tastes completely different then soil. Atleast the hydro that I got recently did, maybe they did something wrong but it seems like the soil is easier and tastes better.
I would like to try hydro sometime just to get the experience though
