Hi boys and girls, it's time to get something going again so for this grow I'm doing White Widow from Nirvana. I threw the 10 seeds in a cup of water for about 18 hours then put them into Rapid Rooters. That was mid November. A week later and I had 7 sprouts. A week later and here are the results. I have to give a huge thank you to Stinkbud for his awesome systems. I'm using his veg system and am working on the aero / NTF system. I'm doing my own true aeroponics cloner using a Nutramist fogger. Since I have a 100% success rate at my clones dying, I'm anxious to see how these do. I started out using two 45w LED panels (from HTG Supply). I plugged in the two 2-bulb T5-s yesterday so what you see so far is a week of growth with two LED panels only. So without further ado, I humbly submit my newest grow journal.

Did you buy those LED's or build them? I've been waiting to see a full LED Grow from seed! Subscribed!!!!!

Have you ever used LED's before? I was thinking about it for future grows, but wanted to see it done first due to controversies on here that they were not what they were cracked up to be. I've been to HTG too checking out HPS

This is my first grow with them. I've read all the negative crap about them - 99% of it from people that have never used them. I'm not expecting to flower with them but I will use them as side lighting to assist my 400w HPS (also bought from HTG). They didn't have the lights (ordered a spare too) I ordered so they sent me the upgraded bulbs at no additional charge. I love those guys!

Well, i'll keep watching to see how the LED's work for veg., it could be a good money saver over the 400 MH I use.
But, I'll be checking HTG for HPS lights now....Thanks man!!!

yea, nice setup.. dont know much about LEDs but how close can you put the plants to the lights? those seedlings look very healthy.. have you put a fan on them yet?
This will be interesting to watch an LED grow.. good luck!

Consciousness I haven't plugged in the fan yet; it's mounted on the inside of my grow cab and the cord is about 2' too short. I could literally put the lights right down on the plants and it might get 90 degrees. I can hold the lights in my hands all day (well ok, my arms would get tired) with no problem.
