Hello all! A few weeks ago I decided to start my first grow. I found a seed in a bag of some of the best bud ive ever smoked, so i thought that'd be a good way to go. Unfortunately i only have enough resources to grow one plant for now so if it's a male, it will serve only as a learning experience.

I have it under 2 26 watt CFL's and a small fan for ventilation... its also kinda a stealth grow, i dont want anyone local to know about it... i am currently growing behind my couch but i will be moving it to the basement when it gets too big.

This is my girl (hopefully) as of now...












So, That's the progress so far. I am limited on money so all the advice i can get is appreciated.

How does it look so far? Any suggestions or comments?

Also, Can anyone tell me if its ready for nutes? what kind will give me the best growth?

It looks really good. Keep up what you are doing. I woulden't give it nutes until you start flowering

Ok, i wasn't sure about the nutes because ive been searching through the grow journals and i've seen alot of nute-burned plants because they started adding nutes too early... can anyone tell me if this is indica or sativa? i kinda wanna know how big its gonna get so i can make a box

also i have my plant on 24hour light and i read that the plant will show signs of sex automatically if it is on 24/7... true or not?

It won't tell the sex until you go into the flowering stage. 12/12. I don't know the strain. Sorry. I wish I knew what mine is.

Yes it will If you leave it in the veg stage youll eventually see what are called pre flowers. TEENy tiny nuts for a male and small hairs on a female where her branches connect,.

your plant appears to be an indica. No one on eart could tell you the strain just by guessing @ a random seed in some weed though man.

I am not a 100% but i hate to break it to you but to me it looks like on that last picture there are some balls forming in the middle of your plant bro, i have never seen balls form right there at such a young age, but just FYI keep an eye on it, or maybe some close ups of the Nodes? maybe be able to tell, but usually most plants only show sex on 12/12 or they show preflowers like the other guy said. Just a thought. Good luck!

yeah i didnt mean to ask the strain i know thats impossible to figure out from bagseed lol, but if its indica thats good they stay smaller right?

also if i wanna be sure about the sex could i just put it into 12/12 now and then put it back into veg if its a female?
