Looks good Learing, you really need that envirolite asap tho, those 75w and 100w equivalents arent up to much, but the enviro will do em proud.

4days old now you say yea?

lets hope so lol once i got more lighting in ther they should pick up growth i should think. i heard that lowryders like to grow deeps roots, i currently have them in 3 inch pots, but this morning i went and bought some 7 inch pots think that these will have suffecient room and any suggestions when a transplant should happen?? thanx all

hey londoner the oldest is 4 days and the youngest is just comeing up to a day, yer im hopeing to pick the 200w envirolight up on monday, but i can only get it in the flowering specturm so im going to get 2 more 100w cool white 1s for veg and the 200w envirolight for flowering hopefully. would this be a sufficient amount of light u think??

The 200w enviro should be fine on its own, they really are quite good, i use 2 x 125w versions for veg, theyre not extremly bright but the light emitted from them is much more usable to the plant than a low power hps even, because they auto flower without much veg time, the red spec enviro will be fine, you can add the extra low power cfl's as side lighting if you want, but just watch the heat with all the extra bulbs.

With potting on, when you start to see roots at the pots drainage holes, ease the plant out the pot and inspect the rootball, and when it starts to look like this, then repot, and go into your final potsize on the next potup to avoid any transplanting when they get into flower.

i was thinking maybe repot all of them at 3 weeks coz that is the minimum age is sez they can be b4 they flower would u say that be ok as a safe bet? and i didnt know those envirolights were that good lol, i struck a deal with the shop owner light and hood for 60 quid not bad i say.yer i need to pick my thermostat up today aswell, but i dont think that heat will be a problem. my intake fan brings cool air in from my bedroom into my closet, and my exhaust fan takes the hot air out through the kitchen.i also have the large osciliating fan doing its thing.

Well i run the two 125 watter enviros with a whopping great 5" RVK fan exhausting and the temp is pretty much bang on at the moment at around 25-26 degrees C, if i had any less extraction than that id be borderlining on heat stress.

What is the thermostat for, are you going to wire it up to the p.c fans?

i just ment like a normal temp gauge soz lol. i guess i wil know for sure when everythink is running. if those 2 cfls i have and 1 more will get me too flowering preiod fine then i may just flower with the 200w, and if i can get away with a bit more heat then i will add more if not then i wont i guess. ther is no point being greedy and ruining a whole batch of plants. have u ever made your own seeds??? coz if the mixed lowryder turns out to be a male i may pollinate a white budda to try and make a cross possible?

 yea i thought you meant a thermometer, yea just keep an eye on the temps as you add more lights.

No ive never done any breeding, dont really have the time nor space for it, i just buy my seeds, theyre cheap enough these days.

Hiya Learing, thanks for looking through my grows, hope you found them useful in some way. I got 6 seeds each of 2 of my Lowryders but the ones I tried germing straight away didnt work so Im leaving the rest for a while to dry out. Considering the cost it probably is best to just buy them but I like the idea of breeding my own. Londoner seems to be pretty spot on with the advice so far! Ill be watching anyways :)
