Hi all,

this is my 2nd grow. i will be doing 12/12 from seed because i still have 2 plants flowering in the same room under the same light. also i would like to be done by xmas which means there wouldnt be time for veg.

Seeds:

3 x Serious Seeds AK47 (regular) - flowering time : 7-9 weeks
1 x Big Buddha Blue Cheese (Fem) - flowering time: 8-10 weeks
1 x Dutch Passion Blueberry (Fem) - flowering time: 8-10 weeks
1 x Green House Seeds SSH (Fem) - flowering time: 10-11 weeks

i got my seeds from Cannabis Seeds - Pick 'n' Mix Cannabis Seeds i ordered on a Thursday 3pm and got my seeds on the Tuesday. i have decided to use the paper towel method for germinating.

started germinating on Thursday night. my AK's had popped on the friday. Blue cheese on the saturday and i had a slight crack in the blueberry on sunday so i decided to give it abit longer in the paper towel and then planted it on the sunday night. the SSH had a crack on the side of the seed which i thought was abit weird, anyway it wasnt germinating (like my last SSH fem seed) in the paper towel so i decided to chuck it in a shot glass. the seed sank which apparently means that the seed has had enough water. i potted the ssh tonight and have put clear plastic over the pot and tied around with string to try and create a humidity dome. im hoping it will get to about 95% humidity in there so the seed can sprout.


Lighting & Setup:

Light: 600watt hps with Growlux blub with 30% more of the blue spectrum.

Soil: i used a 1/3 mix of perlite with a 2/3 mix of Wests+ compost, the same soil i used for my last grow.

i have also put reflective sheeting up. just the cheap stuff, but hey, 80% reflectivity is better than none.

lights are on 7PM - 7AM. hopefully my temps will be ok whilst running the lights at night in the cold.

anyway, as u can see they are abit stretched but hopefully i have resolved that by moving them closer to the light. also a few plants had the seed shell still attached. i left them on as they will fall off on there own.

me 2. im most looking forward to the blue cheese though i think.

yeah i had some blueberry for the 1st time a few weeks back. it was really well grown by... well whoever.

it was the best high ive had since i went to amsterdam in december 2007

yep, well ive only heard good things about these strains so lets hope i can pull it off and treat them right!

anyway peace, i am off 2 bed, its late in the UK and have to travel on business 2morro.
