bit of an update.

dave, the seeds have sprouted. the blueberry is getting on its way and looking healthy. the SSH was near the top of the soil and had germed, the tap root looked abit brown/black. i put abit more soil over it so the roots wernt exposed to the strong 600w hps, went back a couple hours later its sprouted. it is on its way as well now, its just got its shell on though so within a day or so i hope that comes off.

the blue cheese and the AK47s have progressed the most. all have their bottom set of leaves and one AK is strarting its 3rd set. they were a little stretched because i didnt know how far to keep the light away since its strong so i thought id give them a save distance. the light seems to be at the right height now as i cant see much more stretching.

1st pic is the Blueberry,
2nd is the SSH
3rd is the Blue Cheese
the rest is the AK47.

Glad to hear it, I don't need to worry about the germ rates just yet!

All looking good so far - bit too early to say which looks strongest though!

Ey dude lookin good ! I got a batch of blue cheese some weeks ago, strong high, lasts a while. I loved it. The batch I got right after that is blueberry, i'm smoking some right now, and it doesn't taste sweet but the high is great !

I see you're going 12/12 from the start. I vegged an ak47 for a week from seed , and it;s looking pretty good. I wouldn't worry about the stretching with an hps, keep it about 25 inches above with a fan so you don't damage them little ones.

hey,

those strains are great arnt they?!

yer i am 12/12 from seed at the moment. im going to 18/6 on monday though to give them a week or two of veg. im trying to get a fat christmas yield.

i have updated pics that i will post later. the new growth is amazing. the super silver haze has grown bigger than the blueberry! ill update later.

lukin spot on mate ... wee question 4 ya . see runnin ur 600 hps is it costing you an arm and a leg on electric .. im from da uk as well n gt a wee grow growing myself im runnin 2 70 watt hps 4 2 plants n its costing jus under a 5er a week and im planninng on upgrading 2 a 400 watt 4 my next grow ya reakon itwill make much of a difference .

hey,

im not too sure about the electric bill. i just pay it. i get charged £31 a month. as far as i know, im in credit with the elec supplier.

i will check when i get my quarterly bill.

i thought i had updates for this grow but as im still trying to manage my 1st grow, i forgot to take pics off the new babies. i will update this grow tonight. my other plants are coming down on monday and friday. my light cycle will be going to 18/6 from monday when i chop my 1st plant down.

ill be back later tonight.

whaaaat!!.. you're growing a SSH too lol, didn't know that... this should be an interesting watch... to see someone do the same plant properly though lol.

ha, cheers m8. hope i get it right. its my fave strain!

ill be posting more pics soon, just gonna update my 1st grow with harvest pics and then ill go take some of the babies.
