Default first cfl/ hydro grow

i started with eight bag beans. in paper towel with 1/4 strength vegan tea.
npk of .5-1-1 to wet towels, kept in a warm dark part of my grow space.

grow space; approx. 3x3x7 an old steel coat closet. two hole cut out 3''x3" for ventalation.

started in pearl lite in small dixie cups with loads of holes punched in them.
the transplanted seedlings were then placed in a small tupperware container
with no lid. and upon a wire rack. with approx. 1/2 gallon of water and vegan tea .5-1-1 at 1/4 strength for on week. with air pump and bubble stone.

after three weeks plants were transplanted into 4x4" black pots with hydrotion clay pellets and placed into hydro veg.

hydro set up is 2 tupperware containers stacked and sealed with sealant. with holes drilled for drainage, 120per hour pump installed with a cut to length garden hose attached. 4 gal of water flushed as of now every 15 min.

started with 3-15 watt 18" flouresant bulbs. and will be replacing with 12-15
23 watt cfl bulbs. for the total of 276 watts and 19,200 lumens, run two inches from the top of the plants.

Be careful not to let the roots get too much light. By too much I mean any light! They will turn green and die!

how does the system sound thou? so far everything s going great. my girls look like ther getting over the shock well. but we.ll know in a couple of days. i need a oppinion im looking to put this girls into flower. is there an reson that i shouldnt? this pic is today .

Looking good man! I do like the setup but I wouldn't start flowering if they're only 3 weeks old. Wait till around week six or when they show preflowers.

changed lighting to 12-23watt/1600 lumens per bulb.
@ 5 weeks changed lighting to 12/12 with veg. nutes.
at week 7. changed nutes to age old bloom (organic) @ 1/2 oz per gal. 5 mils super thrive -
1 tea. molasses. adjusted ph to 6.5 w/ organic ph down (citris acid)
girls approx 13 inches tall
