Hey guys i've got a PC server case grow started.
I've grown one plant before but due to heat issues it was a pretty miserable failure.
But, I've corrected (hopefully) the issue with better ventilation and have started another seed.
Case measures 25" Tall, 6" Wide, 24" from front to back of case.
I have about 20" Of growing space in height and 6" in depth, with all 24" of width.

Seed is from some really really good middies i picked up.

Lighting is 4 x 26W 6500K CFLS for veg
and 4 x 23W 2700K CFLS for Flowering.

Temps i haven't had a chance to measure yet but from the 93F my case was at last time with my lights on, theres a really noticible difference.
I'd estimate maybe 83F.
I'll get some temp readings soon.

Lighting cycle is going to be 24/0 Veg then switching to 12/12 Flower.

Germinated the seed in paper towels, it popped yesterday and i stuck in in soil. Popped out of the soil today.

I'll get pictures of the actual case setup later when i get a chance.

ive been thinken of a pc grow too.

They're relatively easy to do and if you have a big enough case can produce decent yields. Just have to work around the heat issue, especially if your doing stealh (which i am).

Should i have a humidity dome on the sprout?

Haven't updated this in a long long time.
Mainly because it seemed there was no interest in this grow.
But whatever

honestly i'm just doing this for experience
i know that i wont get a great yield if i get a yield at all but for the time being with the limited spending i can do on a proper setup, its for fun really.

well now that i think about thats same way i started with a couple shoplights i think you will yield something but i think you stumpled upon a new addiction serously +rep

its got about 2.5ft of vertical space left
the lights are adjustable and if need be i'll modify them to get the full vertical space.

but its an addiction haha you said it
i just like to see something grow that i've worked on
makes you proud haha
