With inline cooling, I should be able to bring the lights down to about 12-18", or am I going to cook the plants?

planted two carmelicious seeds today. other two have not germinated - seeds look smaller and immature

three of four ww seeds sprouted today. growing sprouts under 3 15 watt ffuorescents, will switch to mh in a couple of weeks. the last two carmelicious seeds still have not germinated. bought insulated ducting to test for sound reduction. a/c keeping room temp constant.

put seedlings under 600 watt mh raised about 5' from plants since they are young. wanted to test the light and ac before switching veg and flower rooms.

5 seedlings now - all four ww and 1 carmelicious
2 planted but not sprouted carmelicious
1 carmelicious failed to germinate.

turned off the 600 mh as the seedlings were drying out to fast. now on the 4 cfl;s that were supplementing my first grow.

all four white widow seeds and one of the carmelicious seedlings have sprouted and all are about 3" tall.
