(FloraSeries- 5ml FloraGrow- 10ml FloraMicro- 15ml FloraBloom) The plants are drinking about 20oz. of water per day. I check and top off water in the resivore every morning.

looking so pretty. What's the oder control over there. are they stinking bad? Your going to be surprised by my widows Thurs when I update they have started growing fast when I added the fox farm nutes.

I dont have any odor control. There in a very huge room so the smell isnt to bad, But hell yeah bro they STINK SO GOOD! lol I cant wait to see yours on Thurs. man!

separate question and topic...

i've been having some problems with the styrofoam growing medium

ive been working with 5 femed sw's from nirvana...

2 have already died on me because they wont root in the foam... the roots grow down to the bottom and then hit the area where the foam joins and then start growing back up... in all cases... not one root tip has successfully penetrated the foam... ive just ripped all of them (the foam mediums) in half right down the middle.... hopefully theyll start to grow straight down and find water....

that being the situation... does anyone have a better medium... any tips/tricks for getting this show on the road?

Ripping the foam in the middle like you did should work! If you keep having problems I heard that rockwool cubes will actually fit in the AeroGarden Slots. I had to adjust my seedlings like 3 time during germination to help the root go downward but they all finaly did. My boy Volcom pokes a whole in the center of his foam and guides the root using a needle or toothpick. Its just kinda one of the flaws about the AeroGardens grow medium and growing tree's.
