Does my plant look allright?

Needs more light or the light needs to be closer. Otherwise it looks alright.

The light is about 4 cm away from the plant, the box gets up to 35 degrees hot, and it gets 12 hours off light and 12 hours off darkness

Looks fine, early growth can be slow. You're at the heat limit, they respond a lot better when the temps are below 30c. 12/12 is for flowering, go 18on/6off for the first 2-4 weeks then flip to 12/12.
