Soil set up/florecents

Hey this is my new set up let me know what u guys think. Im really starting to need help since i just started to get some plant broblem. im using fox farm nuts with my ph around 6.8 and my ppm's under 1000. i also ran into a problem getting my hps so i need them to slow the growth before they get too tall. can any one help a.s.a.p im starting to worry for my babies
