this is just my discussion page for my 1st grow

found a couple of mites on the big girl and ants comin out the pot lol o well im sure it comes with the territory

yeah thats good stuff for ur first grow but u might wanna get rid of the spidermites they reproduce like a mutha no joke. but once the get to bad its too late. the aints arnt a problem so much as the mites so id act now on the mites bro. they will claim ur plants life.

im usin this spray mixture i found on the forum oil/dishsoap/water tryin it out for a couple days. i also read somethin that its ok to go 50/50 alcohol and water for mites but ill use that as a last resort...
i also have one of those jiffy mini greenhouses im using for numerous clones of plants n my area and a few bean seedlings im sprouting.. should i put holes in the lid or is condesation good and is it ok to sit it out in the sun? i keep getting mixed answers...?

Well 2 kill my mits i take a mixture of dish soap and simply water but u only need half a teaspoon to a 16 0z spray bottle if to consetrated it will cause disaster. When cloning in ur greenhouse clones love heat and humidity there roots thrive off of it. But if ur doin from seeds just remove them from the house once sprouted. But i honestly would not put holes in it. Heat and humidity is important to young roots hope this helps.

no doubt i just repotted all the youngins buried the stems a bit and raised them in the pots they were in and beer cups and gave them more vertical soil space and thier first taste of nutes.. im gladd all the plants are on teh same scheduke now will take pics tomorrow...
