Hi Everyone,

This will be my 3rd homemade hydroponic system. This run I opted to go with a custom Aero/NFT design. My influence came from a rollitup buddy... thanks again GoHydro

You'll find quite a few different styles of how to build a very similar system, however this method seems to catch my attention the most so I went with it and added my own twists here and there.

I'm using 6" round PVC rather than the traditional 4" or 4 3/4" square PVC posts. The large pvc and large fittings I got from a local plumbing warehouse. I actually got a 20 foot piece of 6" PVC and had to cut it on site before i could fit it in my truck haha... anyways, here is a peak at the majority of my supplies :

- 1 x 27 gal strong box tote (Res)
- 1 x TNC 1/4 HP Water Pump - 1268gph
- 1 x GrowLab 120 Grow Tent- 3'11" x 3'11" x 6'7"
- 1 x 1000W Lumatek Digital Ballast - 120V
- 1 x 1000 HPS Hortilux Bulb - 145,000 lumens
- 1 x 1000 MH Hortilux-Blue - 80,000 lumens
- 1 x EcoPlus 6" Centrifugal Fan 440 cfm
- 24 x 1/4" Rubber Grommet
- 24 x EZ-Clone Sprayer
- 24 x 1/4" Micro Tubing Adapter
- 20 x 3" Net cups
- 24 x 3/4" PVC "T"
- 4 x 3/4" PVC end cap
- 2 x 3/4" PVC elbow
- 20 ft x 1/4" Micro Tubing
- 20 to 25 ft x 3/4" pvc
- 20 ft x 6" PVC
- 4 x 6" PVC rubber end cap
- 4 x 6" PVC elbow
- 4 x 6" to 2" PVC bushing
- 4 x 2" PVC "T"
- 1 x 2" PVC end cap
- 1 x 2" PVC elbow
- 10 ft x 2" PVC


Nutrients :
-SensiGrow Part A - 1L
-SensiGrow Part B - 1L
-SensiBloom Part A - 4L
-SensiBloom Part B - 4L
-VooDoo Juice - 1L
-2 x Big Bud Powder - 130 g
-Carbo Load Liquid - 4 liter
-Tarantula
-Overdrive

I used 3/4" pvc for my lines that pump to the sprayers. I've had some people insist to me that i need to use 1/2" to get higher water pressure... relax guys, i'm doin fine

Another thing I might add is that i build a stand for my tent out of plywood and 4"x4" posts. This was so i could drain outside the tent in an effort to keep my res water at a cooler temp.

Also, there is a window a/c unit cooling the room that the tent is in.

I do not have mother plants so i pick up my clones from local bud shops for 10-15 bucks a pop. I find it to be pretty cool because you get to shop around for a strain rather than stick with what you have or grow from beans...

I'd say close to $1500.00 at this point and the only thing left to get is clones, which is about 250-300ish.

man it looks good i want to do somthing like that. i had to pull 4 males out of my aero tubs what a pain in the ass. but i do have clones started 7 days ago some got roots in 5 days cant beleave it. when u gona get that bad ass machine running
