hey sog......what kind of water pressure are u getting ?
and whats ur starting ppm (not sure if its in one of the pics or not)
i have well water and my pressure is from 30 to 40 and the temps are on the cold side
also.........what kind of waste ratio u getting from the combo units?

my pressure is about 60psi when the system locks
when the system is running it drops to 40-50 psi
first run my PPM was 159 In, out 0.04 (filled about 5 gallons at 0.20GPM)
second run my PPM was 170 In, 0.07 Out (filled about 43 Gallons at 0.20GPM)
with a waist ration of 1-3, it toke about six hours to fill up

i know most of you jump to the last page for updates
i finally got my editing ability restored, and working on the main page
I'm adding articles, links and much needed information, hoping to make it a main source of information - all under one roof
with all my technical information and other resources accumulated

thankx for the info
im starting about 350/400 ppm (depending on time of year with the well)
but i think the combo of weak psi and bad water and cold water slows the system down
im about 1 good gallon to 4.5 gallons of bad water.......funny thing is that the bad water after going through the double filters tastes way better than the normal water and thats with me using the bypass for the water softener i use
