it is always a good idea to make sure your light spreads evenly across your room
regardless of IR detecting threats, it will be most beneficial to your ladies

most important
do not use the smooth reflective foils
these will reflect the light back on to the plants and burn them
same concept of passing the sun beam through a magnifying glass
any reflective foil will do as long as its not smooth mirror type

You mean the mylar which has a slight matt finish should be used?

yes,
any non mirror finish will do the job of spreading the Light/Heat
and not burn the plants

hey guys, i need to unload!
I've been going through some issues with my partner recently
that's been keeping me away from my op
its seems at this point; that she went over the deep end
and will need to be hospitalized in the near future
I'm a complete wreck over this
that's whats been going on lately
