Today I had to go back in. From my i-phone I can see the humidity getting STUPID (I use the Agrotek GC-C in this room, it's pretty cool)... into the high 80's. The temps are out of control (95) and I'm worried about the newborns. We'll get the obligatory Dew pic out of the way first: They've grown since yesterday... Maybe I need to keep the temps this high!
Some babies are definitely going to die, but it's to early to know for sure. As soon as they got sprayed down with a mist of superthrive and water they got a little happier. Is it just me or did they really grow that much in one day? They really did have a growth spurt!
I'll throw in an update from April 19 here since I didn't take pics. After putting a second dehumidifier in there the humidity is under control. The temps are being a real issue. My A/C's are not blowing as cold and the IceBoxes are not cooling as well. I assume the water coming from the ground is at a different temp for some reason or I'm not getting the flow I was getting a couple days ago. My A/C's are throwing some codes and I cannot find any support. I considered moving them and buy all the parts needed to move one of the units to the other side of the room. I had found a restriction in one of the ducts and ripped it off (you can see it on the floor in the pic above.
Because posts are limited to 1000 characters I have to split the postings up... continued: As I'm moving the A/C I accidentally find the root cause of the problem - a loose electrical connection. I'll take the blame since I was probably the one who tightened it down, but FUCK!!! I wasted a lot of time and effort today Maybe Iam5toned can chime in? I'm thinking of using a slightly smaller wire which will fit into the slot better as well as some nolax if it comes loose again.
