glass jar cure when the stems are just about ready to snap and youll want to fill the jars but dont pack them and air them out about two or three times a day. cure them from two weeks to 6 months or whatever its up to you, but you dont want an ammonia smell thats bad unless the strain you have already had the ammonia smell of course
