hey im new here and im new to growing under lights ive allways grown my plants outdoors. i now have a 32x32x63" grow tent. i wanted to due a dry run with a couple clones to get a feel for them and read alot of blogs on when to flower and that persons yields but havnt been able to find out a avg yield that clone can put out under a 400 watt mh/hps i know the light output and how many plants can be grown but havnt really seen evidence of the yields ive heard of 1 to 3 ozs a plant, but never a pic to follow their claims so if anybody has expiernce with clones and their capabilites in a tent with a 400 watter im all ears. what height to flower ect i was thinking of flowering at 10 inchs? read some positive things with that height
It really all depends on how many clone you have under that 400 hps plus the size of your pots. I personally have a 1000 watt high pressure sodium set and for a few plants it works wonders. Also yield can be slightly higher if your bushing your plant.
