I prefer to grow in soil, use organic materials to feed my plants.. Firstly its becoz its what i grew up with and secondly cost and requirements.. Im wondering what the difference in gains would be given the same strain and size of pots, wattage lights etc;?? If it was only a minor difference it speaks volumes as to whether or not you have to go to the lengths of full hydroponic setups when you could plant good seed in good soil and regular ph cheks and maintenance and achieve the same if not better tasting weed. Whats your opinion guys?
alota folks will say hydro yields more but that is a lie, there are numerous examples of organic gardens yielding as much if not more than a hydro setup, and the bud taste and burns better, the only difference is with hydro u can turn a crop out a week or two quicker but for the downgrade in quality it is not worth it in my book
