I have the heat lamp about 2 feet from my young plants the just got there second set of leaves and all are standing straight up, but over night one is facing down.. i m just not sure if its going to stand upright again. It was going strong before, so idk. ???
get rid of that heat lamp..and try cfls or flouresents..or plant deeper
