I am on first indoor grow but have seen many grows in the last ten years and I went with advanced led just a 100 I watt and results on two ladies have been fantastic. Better than imagigined and the heat difference between led and t5 is big. I had t5 at beigining of this grow and is much hotter. But advanced led sems to make a winning product for sure.
