What's up people? How many are using straight coco,and how many cut it with perlite.I like a 50/50 mix with the chunky perlite. Any other thoughts to get the ball rolling?
I'm on my first grow and am using just Coco. I plan on mixing it 50/50 with perlite on my next grow.
On my first grow and use 50/50 coco and hydroton. Going sweet.

Hello everybody. I'm going with 100% B'Cuzz Coco with House and Garden Cocos line plus Snow Storm, Purple Maxx, Sweet Berry, and MOAB. Blue Cheese 4 gal buckets. I feed everyother day in veg and everyday in flower.
hey guys, I use 50 coco, 40 perlite and river sand. That works for me.
I love coco, best medium ever. I use General Hydroponics Bricked coco or Botanicare bagged loose coco with mychoryze, I then cut it with a bag of light warrior, I like a little peat in my coco mix. Then about 30-40% Perlite and Dolomite lime. This time I added in 1/2 a bag of Perfect X-mix, I liked the extras in the bag of perfect mix, Anything for stronger roots.
