It's true that when a quality you dislike within yourself appears, you attack others in projection. A simple defense for a hypocrite with nothing but bastardized replies and implications to offer here.

Well lets throw a pity party for you!!

You dont know or understand how we got where we are today and the difficulties we have faced. We are better because we pay for your shit... You are unaware of what our lives entail. Learn a little humility and gratefulness... I guess you dont value what you dont pay for.
fake online personas like you never have to pay a penny in taxes, because it is impossible to tax a figment of one's imagination.

just go away.

He and a few others feel strongly that I owe them gratitude, the problem is they are correct. They are also repugnant assholes......so, what to do?

you don't owe NLXSK any gratitude, he has yet to prove he is anything besides a self inflated online persona.

there is no discernible difference between a 12 year old pretending to be some vague, anonymous "job creator" on the internet and NLXSK.

That's some grade A trolling. If I thought you were serious, being compared to Obama would piss me off.

People aren't educated on nutrition. Most Americans equate calories with nutrition.

If you educate people there is no need to "outlaw" unhealthy foods.
I used to think this. It was my business to educate people. I thought, if only they could be educated, our world would be better. If only someone took the time to show them where their thinking leads them, and all of us too, they would change.

What I found out is that people don't want to be educated. A majority of people prefer to live in ignorance. You know the saying.... A majority of people want their greed factor running their lives. It is not a conspiracy. The conspiracies have discovered this and feed on it. But the people themselves want and want and want. Conspiracies give in to that and make a lot of money on that and create power circuits on that. Impoverished nations want their greed factor to run their lives too. What once were happier people, doing without the monstrosities of the western comfort ethic now have newer generations wanting and wanting and wanting. We are so identified with our wanting that we don't know any other way of identifying: we validate ourselves by our desires conquered: our career, our house, our car, our grow, a new experience.... but we never cease wanting something more when we get it. In fact, the lack of wanting is probably equivalent to a mental illness in someone's book.

what rights and freedoms have you lost?
The freedom to associate or disassociate. The freedom to be left alone if you leave others alone. The freedom to ingest whatever I'd like. The freedom to travel unmolested.
The freedom to open a business and not be forced to seek permission. The freedom to have clean floors at Wendy's.

So how exactly does this kind of thing get enforced? Will there be a nutrition gestapo?
No. Not for a while anyhow. There is too much money to be made in shitty food (that's when they break your legs) and in the pharma "cure" (when they hand you crutches).

Besides all the nutrition gestapo cops would steal and eat the evidence if it were donuts.

The fight for freedom implies a adversary of an oppressive nature. The only problem, when well-being is my motivation for getting rid of trans fat and Corn Syrup that benefits the whole, the vibe I get is that people do not care for making health their problem, it is unwelcome and thus the fight for fat here. How can we have the right to our bodies and still regulate what is causing health problems? I am not here to do anything but understand how to help at all.

The selfless act is a pathology. We see quantifiable longings, we fear a void within begging to be silenced by actions or acquisitions and there we remain. The incomplete...the unfulfilled...the fearful are obsessed by externalities for a feeling that comes from domination of our emotional sphere. I can explain it in artistic terms. The feeling of fulfillment is not reserved to reward oneself for completing a task, nor is it a remedy, it is an inner certainty that starting with a fulfilled mindset will reflect in the work. As in life, the inverse is true.

When your end goal of "benefiting the whole" begins with the rationalized use of the initiation of aggression (thru some must do or must not do edict), you have already negated your purpose of "benefiting the whole" by initiating aggression. If you don't like something don't eat it and don't support it.

Regulation of another peaceful persons body is a form of slavery. Your tax dollars could pay for corn syrup production. Off to work you go to support that which you abhor.

well you know the old say.."you can lead a xxxxxx to water..you can't make it drink"..all you can do is be proof..if you saw me, you'd understand..my skin is flawless..i'm height/weight proportionate..i eat organically/cleanly as possible..sugar is the enemy..i have complete strangers (men AND women) comment.."my god, you're beautiful/you're glowing (no make-up on) what's your secret"?

i often wonder what the others on this thread, in political forum look like..a picture is worth a thousand words:wink:

that's right, RR just like mandatory unnecessary vaginal inspections with no therapeutic measure prior to a surgical procedure..perhaps we should stick something up your ass next time you take on a little too much "sugar"?

It is not aggressive as many would benefit, nor is there intent to enslave you. I wish no harm, but a better understanding of food in our culture and some simple measures WOULD be of great benefit healthwise. If you want to eat garbage I hope you do so moderately....if not, exercise freedom by stubbornly poisoning yourself. Some people actually see these as toxic to the young and part of an epidemic. If they are correct, that is a shameful simplification and you are as problematic as these foods are. If your goal is to end your life.....do it expeditiously.

Geeeze. He said he was grateful. We will take care of you also, if you are in need.

You may not always be a healthy person, you know.
