Look greats but wish; there was a - CHEAPER - machine or something like it
I'm afraid anything cheaper than this won't work well. If you think $500 is too much to invest, just use it and sell it on craigslist. You should be able to get most or all of your money back...........

You've obviously never had to pay trimmers. They are expensive and are always trying to stake their claim in your crop. Fuck 'em.

At 500 bones, this is probably the best replacement for hand trimming I have seen yet. Shit like this can cost thousands and not work near as well.

I think they are referring to this product as the Reaper Pro Trimmer, if you want a more searchable term.

However, all the trimmers I see, even the ebay link, pulls up 4 blade trimmer, and GARLICTRAIN posted a trimmer that looks to have 8 blades. Are these the same trimmers, different models from the same company?

The top one is his, and the bottom one is from the ebay auction you posted. They look the same, but I just didn't understand why one had more blade sweep thingys than the other. Can a guy attach more if needed or something, or has the design just slightly changed and the 4 blade design is what they produce now?

Thanks for your help doublejj :)

Found a few places people were talking about them a year or two ago, and they all had a 4 blade design. Must be an old stock photo then, as it appears the 8 blade is what everyone is receiving as of late.

Ordering away. thanks man.

kinda blows my mind that nobody has asked the question....what does the trichs look like? are they cut in half?.....I used a trim machine last yr n everybody could tell a machine might work quick but the trich gettin cut n half aint worth it just my thought on trim machines....hand trim all day everyday

Every pic I've seen of hand trimmed vs machine. The machine TORE up the trichs and knocked a ton off. Its give or take I guess.

I'm no expert, but I'm thinking those buds have a lot more going for them, than what I would think is a negligible amount of damaged trichomes. I bet if you did a side by side, doublejj-blind smoke test, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

dried buds.......I haven't told anyone that I bought a trimbot.........everybody's happy......nobody's complaining........100% thumbs up!..........;-)
Congrats JJ - good for you! That's gonna save you countless hours of work! I'd say it was a very well spent $500 :)

i think u are spot on...if a grower uses proper lube on trimpro or trimbot the like to make it slippery and uses proper techniques visually sometimes it looks better. the strain and cleaning machine often and keeping lubed makes it perform better.
