I'm a plank owner of the john c stennis CVN 74. Rode 2 hurricanes out in her, well 3, but 1 was in dry dock. We were stationed in Norfolk and did most our stuff down south and got caught in a few good storms. Only time I ever felt the boat move like you said. My first boat was a sub tender that was so top heavy with 3 huge cranes that it moved all over the place, we just didn't leave port for much, except for hurricanes.

I forgot to add that the reason for that '88 Caribbean cruise was part of Reagan's drug ops against the Colombian cartels. I watched boat loads of weed from down south get confiscated.

I have a feeling we served on the same sub tender.....(AS 36) and I do remember riding out the hurricane...especially when we lost our engines to a fire in the middle of the night. What a fun ride that was! Nothing like taking 60 foot waves broad-side. I was on the bridge so I had a good view of the storm. There was a destroyer riding it out next to us and they lost their antenna array from a wave....off their yardarm.

I have to say that this is the longest grow thread I've followed. I picked it up in March and have enjoyed your grow and those that have been following it also. Like you, I can only imagine if things went better last spring what you would have had now. Not to say that you don't have an amazing harvest now.

Next year my wife and I are going on a cross country trip from NYS to San Diego and up the west coast. Humbolt county is definitely one of our stops as the countryside looks amazing.

I haven't come across any in a month. About a month ago I had them all over my garden, they really liked to hang in my tomatio(sp?)plant. That green tomato that you make green salsa.

Awesome Getaway! It's amazing to me how insignificant the plants look during veg growth. Not super huge or anything and then flowering comes and they just put out the bud growth. That first picture you have there I'd be very happy with! The red eyed preying mantis is one step ahead of us as he got to sample your strains! I'm sure he's very happy. This grow journal was really great to go through. Never read through a 90 page + thread before but it was worth it for sure. Hope you're going to do one next year as well! Sent you a message via the other site maybe you can have a look when you have time to do so.

we we got some property on sandy bay roatan island in the bay island of honduras thats where my wife is from and i got lots of inlaws there and a bungulow on the beach i got 20 years ago before everything got so expensive there. spend a month swimming/diving with the dolphins and then to maine for a quick 4-6 week long shrimp season in the middle of the winter when its 20 below zero and then back to growing by march 1st.+/- or at least thats the plan lol...
