How is your intake set up? Mine is just a short piece of 4 in duct with a turn in it and black duct tape around the duct.I<M not in a cab but a homemade tent/hut
For the doors u could use some gasket material from home depot. When I get inside my enclousure it is pitch black.

black lined flexable air ducting really helps ive been buying the insolated stuff from homedepot usally if throw in some slight bends in your duckting you can loose the light if not you might have to make a box to pull or or push through pull from the bottom of box let air come from top of box a little tinkering you should be able to pull it off rember black is the key to beating light

yer i got a pile of panda film leftover, im thinking the box idea maybe?? (tree) did u mean a box either side of the hole?or a few plumbing bends and some paint. atm its only a 50mm / 60mm (ish) hole, and the room is staying dark at all times.

the doors are tricky tho ive sealed one door completly with panda film, with no acces and the other door untouched. but yer i need access and lightseal?!?!?

open doors hang mylar over the openings as is if your replaceing the doors with the mylar. then get foam weather striping that you use for door jambs and put it around the outside diameter of doors then close doors over mylar. when done right when you open cabnit door you will 1st see the backside of mylar, then you lift mylar up to see plants. as for vent you need to hook up a fexable vent tubing and put as many right angles in it as possible

Dont know why I didn't think of hanging Mylar at the hole of my speaker. I've been trying caulk and Velcro. Lol. I'm gonna strip that off. Recaulk it then hang Mylar so that when I pull speaker cover off, I'm looking at Mylar and I just roll that up to access plants. Fucking genius'.

I put a small card board box with the bottoms busted out over the intake, thumb tack a black shirt to the opening of the box and bam free light proof and filters hair and crap

To light seal doors I get 2 pieces of duct tape and fold one strip so its not sticky and attach it to the other strip and the door.. hope that made sense, it makes a 2in flap on the outside of the door.. do it to the door and the wall or both doors whatever your trying to seal...... how do you grow in 12in
