Edit>:(Guzias, have you looked into the Nu-wave induction cook-top yet?

wow. thats cool, gots a temp read out. buttt. my big problem is temp swings in my purge room. soo. i have to adjust the heat slightly to counter act heat /cold during day/night. does this thing automatically adjust the heat to stay at its set temp? lets say 110F.

sand lol. you guys are weird.

time is the trick!!! time!!!!!

vacp. i started this last batch on tuesday night.. sprayed muffined, purged, flipped purged again all by the next night,..

Yes sir Guzias, it is the most accurate consistent cook-top available.

They did a demonstration with ” fondue”..chocolate..and I'm nearly positive they set the temp at 110°..
3(tv) hours later the chocolate was still temp'd at exactly 110°.

Sand is weird, but I'd rather be weird than wait a week for a batch o'errrl...lol

@Guzias, did you get the sand idea from my post a way back?

Or did you already know of it's usefulness in this application?

i sureee did. consistent heating is what i was looking to improve. and that idea worked just swell.
thanks for passing along the idea!

i think i would buy the plate in a heartbeat if it could automatically adjust the heat to stay at its set range.. i need more feedback!!
