Yellow dying leaves throughout hole plant

Hey ppl, pics bellow to check out..

I'm doing a closet hydro grow my plant has been turning yellow for the last three days, it has a lil it of burn spots on top leaves and the rest is yellow..

3weeks from seed

Using bottled spring water from shop

Ph 7
ppm 450

using "proganics" hydro growth nutrients from local shop

it has been watered for 15 mins every 3 hours, air pump always on in the water

what do you think I'm doing wrong, and what are some instructions to help me out please?

hmmmm id lower the ph a bit and looks like nut burn over fed....waterd every 15 min every 3 hours....from pics looks over waterd too....

Okay, should i just change the water, reset the ph to 6.5 with no nutes to flush it?

Your pH is too high. Hydro pH needs to be between 5.8 to 6ish generally. Its not a bad idea to adjust to 5.8 and then allow it to drift into the low 6s before adjusting it back down. The variance helps to assure all nutrients are available to the plant.
