Do you smoke with your adult kids?

I have two kids, age 36 and almost 30. I've smoked with both of them but my son lives here so we smoke regularly (and help keep each other in weed). My daughter lives in L.A., gets the best weed but I don't get to see her but once a year or so. So if you have kids old enough to smoke weed, do you do so? OR if you're younger, do you smoke with a parent or parents?

whippet good.jpg Probably only people as "old" as me will get this.

Would if they were older, out of school and wanted to...
Our Son is now interested in the genetics-side of growing and our daughter in the book-keeping, journaling etc..
Maybe we'll have a family business in a couple years! ;)

Personally - I'd probably would if they are of age and have established occupations... I'd forbid it if they were dropouts or "losers" (sorry, not to offend anyone).

I don't think dropouts/"losers" have $ for MJ...So I agree, there are more important things to take care of first!

Energy Dome! :) Freedom of Choice came out the year I was born. My parents dont smoke bud so have never smoked with them. Ive had friends that have parents that smoke and they smoked with them. I think its pretty common.

Hell Yeah, my boy was a wild kid but now hes matured into a decent responsible guy, 25 years old, girlfriend, kid, job, the lot. I believe it was smoking weed that made him realise his dad wasn't the square old dude he probably had me tagged as a teenager, we've been to Amsterdam together, had a ball. I always brought my boy up to judge people for what they do rather than what they possess and would have been personally disappointed if he had turned into a carreer chasing suit. Only thing we disagree on these days is his f*****g music, what is this rap type '' in da hood '' shit, I just cant get off on it at all man. Different generations brought together by a smoke, its what the stuff does.

Yeah, I smoke with my daughter. She is 17. And I caught her smoking last year! So, I told her not to ever hide anything else, and to just go ahead & toke with good ol' Dad.. ;) she graduated HS when she was 15, and she is now in her 1st year of collage!! She is studying to be a doctor. I have to say she has made me & her mother very happy!! I use to smoke with my Dad, and also use to grow with him aswell. He was a botanist, and taught me just about everything I've learned about growing "anything" really. We also have a 8 year old. But she will have to wait to smnoke if she ever does. But it isn't done around her, nor has she ever seen one of my plants!!

I was almost hesitant to click, maybe thread should be "Do you smoke with your adult kids" ;-).

I did once, offspring was in early 20s. Haven't since, just felt odd to me. Maybe someday when it is more acceptable in my area.

Parents don't smoke bud, or anything. But they understand me doing it. However with my girlfriends parents I do, and no kids yet ;)

It's funny to give the neighborhood kids a toke and they go crazy... Not really. Interesting topic though

Well on the music aspect of things, I myself couldn't get into "rap" either! Nothing against anyone who does like it. Just is IMO good ol' MJ goes along good with some Pink Floyd,CCW,Megadeath, Metallica, all those good ol' school bands!! ;)

This is an excellent thread cos it examines that sense of self betrayal which some feel when they first have a smoke with their own offspring, took me a couple of years to really feel comfortable with it but now its the most natural thing in the world.

I don't recommend smoking with your kids unless they are 21+ and you know they already have indulged previously.

My grandpa caught me smoking my indoor, next thing I knew he was hittin' the dooby!
Then he shows me his indoor, which was like a freakin lab compared to mine.

Door has a seal like a fridge> he told me it's been running for years + my dad didn't even know about it.
Back wall of closet is the door with proper papers hanging + a false wall to hide it completely.

I smoked with my father until he passed. I don't smoke with my daughter (21 yr) but I give her buds from time to time.

This is my dream set-up :).

I suspect she has seen your plants. Kids get into everything.
