Looking for a carbon filter!

My new grow box dimensions are 4x2x5
My new total cubic feet: 40

My filter is 180 CFM (So it would recycle all of my grow box air 4.5 times per minute.)
Here is the filter I am planning on buying:

I am still looking for an inline fan. Im not sure how many CFM my fan should have. Does it have to be 180 CFM? I found one that has 190 CFM. Should it be the same or is it recommended to have a little more CFM than the filter?

I've read a lot of good reviews about Mountain Air. That, Can, Phresh, Phat and Rhino all seem to be good brands. Personally I use a Phresh and I'm very happy with it.

Great. :D Thanks for the reply! If I have a 180 CFM filter that re cycles the air 4.5 times per minute, I should be ok on odor right? :) It will be air tight and all exhaust has to travel through that filter (which Ive only heard good things about)

Thanks for the reply. After re drawing everything out, I think the carbon filter in the first post may be too big for my grow box. My 4" inline fan has 190 CFM. Can someone recommend me the best carbon filter? Looking for something that is quality and will take care of the odor.

how has that filter done with controlling odor for you? How many plants and how much odor do you notice outside of the grow area? I was thinking of getting a 190 CFM fan to go along with the filter you recommended.

I haven't hooked it up yet, but it has an 1.5" carbon in it so it should be fine I think.
Sorry I really dont know, but it is cheaper than the other. Im confident it will be good
for my 4x4 and 4 plants.

I can say that seller has been great, I have bought a few things from them
and always get it quickly and as advertised.

When it comes to filters, I'd highly recommend going with a quality brand name. I'm not saying that one won't work, but I tried buy a couple no-name filters off Ebay and also tried the Growbright Pure Flow filters sold by HTGSupply all with dissapointment.

Dont sacrifice on your filter,I have a small Mountain Air for my mother room but I run a 6x24 phesh filter in my flower room.Dont use those cheap filters ,they simply dont work as good or as long as a name brand filter
