Use some Cal-Mag.

What's you're ph and general set up? Do you adjust your waters ph? Are you using any Nutes?

You'll know your plants are male or female when they either start growing balls or vaginas (white wisps).

Looks like spider mites homey. And with that much damage, If I'm correct you won't even need a microscope to see. Will be little black dots on the back of leaves, and probably moving. Should be plenty of time to save the girls, but I'd get on that. Looks like you have them outdoors, which opens up your options a ton for treatment options.

in regard to your other question, sexing based on pre-flowers takes a long ass time and does seem to vary by strain. Like even 8-12 weeks of veg and sometimes my girls won't show before i flip the lights. My experience has however only been with females since I mostly do clones, and I've never tried to sex a seedling without flipping the lights on them, so not sure what a male pre flower looks like or know if they show earlier in any case.

once the infestation gets bad you will start seeing webbing. spider mites are very small you will see their eggs under the leaves and they will eat from the bottom of the leaf usually. get a magnifying glass and check under them they will make white spots start to pop up all over the top of the leaves.

what are those brown things all over the plants too looks like bugs lol.
