I have learned that buck always defends topics that he heavily participates in. His avitar says it all. I think he's a demented nine year old girl that has finally found her place. Nobody gives a hoot about your trolling list.

Forgive him he suffers from deep-ass syndrome.

What do you expect from what I understand he likes to get fellow growers put behind bars also. It's a touchy subject with him so tread carefully. He also recommends multiple charges for the same offence. Granted this was for murder but he swears it wouldn't get abused. Remember how attacking rights of smokers would never spread to obesity and food/beverages? Now here we are.
your pussy seems especially sore tonight. did your dad/brother date rape you or something?

Fuck 'em all... send 'em to prison so they can experience the same "sexual pleasure" they subjected that poor girl to...

hmm i robbed 3 banks and did 18 months. only 8 of which was in a real prison because I spent almost a year in County.
I'm almost ok with the sentence since its juvie anyway. But the lifetime of having to tell your neighbors you are a ChiMo seems extreme.
The whole carrying the passed out girl pictures are pretty bad. Those kids need a good ass kicking.
But honestly I've seen the same thing at parties years ago before date-rape was invented. In fact most of my teen sex acts would now be called date rape in most courts since the girls were as drunk as I was for most of them.
thank you statute of limitations.

I blame all the hormones in the milk.

"There was me, that is Alex, and my three droogs, that is Pete, Georgie, and Dim, and we sat in the Korova Milkbar trying to make up our rassoodocks what to do with the evening. The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence." ~A Clockwork Orange

Milk Plus.
It Does a Droog Good.

i don't follow. perhaps it's time to put the gigantic, 7 foot bong down and try to express that sentiment more coherently.

I think the rapists should be punished.

The coach and the parents should be investigated as well tho. I have been reading the news reports and the coach had knowledge of it and didn't do anything. Seems he may of even tryed to cover for the players.

The parents of the houses that these parties took place at should be investigated as well. These kids were party hopping from house to house.

The other students were taking pictures of the naked girl and texting them to their friends instead of stopping the act.

So many guilty parties involved.
In one of the articles I read; the people taking pics and failing to stop the acts were granted "immunity" for their testimony. I have been wondering the same thing here. Where the fuck were the parents?

Oh the irony of that statement.

Remember when you said this to me?

Why dont you keep things like this to yourself. The last thread I was on you were calling names. Go sit in the corner and suck your thumb. Your future is very grimm
Long story short, get fucked - categorize me, talk down to me as if you have a clue as to what the fuck I'm about, then do the very same thing? Hypocrite. (Didn't exactly mean to potentially jack the thread, but had to share that with halfpint.) We now return to your regularly scheduled programming involving the usual RIU discussions.

No rational person could possibly justify defending these rapists if they've seen and heard the video evidence of the rape (Ohio). Teens will be teens, but I, and 99.9% of the people I grew up with never raped anyone. Rape, regardless of the age, is still RAPE. I agree, women get the long end of the stick when it comes to accusations, but the fact is, if you didn't rape someone, the evidence would show that. If you show up with VIDEO, AUDIO, and STILL evidence PROVING you raped someone, that's what the evidence will show. That's exactly what these people got, and imo, they deserve MUCH worse. One guy will spend a year in a 'juvenile detention center', the other, 2 years. For fucking raping an underage girl. That's light if you ask me. I don't give a shit how remorseful they feel at the trial when all the consequences come crashing down. The only thing that matters is how remorseful they were when they took advantage of a 16 year old, unconscious girl. 5-10 is what I think they deserve. College is out? No fucking shit, idiot! As if you didn't know that raping a chick would end your career before it started..

I agree with FP, the parents are equally as responsible for this entire ordeal. They should be facing charges too.

No doubt in my mind, agreed on all of this - and they need to make a good example of all involved.

Don't forget, they get time-served too; meaning all the time they spent in lockup before now shortens their sentence.

Exactly, man..

Think about how long this incident will affect the victim.. Years, if not decades, if not her whole life.. I know people who have been raped who feel that one incident changed their entire life..

One year? 2 years? That's a serious lack of justice.. I just don't understand how sexually assaulting someone, fuck, even at 13.. 14 years old, could possibly be considered a "lapse in judgment", even if alcohol was involved.. The suspects parents should have taught them otherwise, societal pressures should have taught them otherwise, but my guess is, growing up in the town they grew up in, the people pushed restrictions aside, as they did with the verdict of this trial because they were star athletes. Their environment conditioned them to believe something like this was OK. This is the first real world dose of reality they've ever experienced, and it shows at the moment of verdict. Innocence completely destroyed one drunken night because nobody knew any better and there was nobody around to say so. The entire situation is simply tragic.. Their parents should be completely ashamed...
