Medical Marijuana Ban Arguments To Be Heard By California Supreme Court

I am not knowledgeable on the subject but would like to weigh in. It seems like it's a zoning/permit issue in California that needs to be looked at. Allowing so many dispeseries(sic?) to open shop is what seems to be giving this ban so much attention. I am assuming the public view these the same way as if alcohol stores were flooding the neighborhood. Instead of looking like a bunch of pharmacys, they are seen as poverty stricken areas; fish n' chicken/cash for gold/alcohol store.

If that's the case, increase the radius required per shop, redo zoning, ect.

Maybe there are too many sales to recreational users, the feds don't like that.

*I agree with that sentiment; redo the zoning laws for dispensaries.
