N-P-K of GO Ancient Forest Humus.

Well, since you don't seem to be curious enough to Google it for yourself and I had nothing better to do for 5 minutes, I looked it up. The manufacturer gives out no specs or info on it other than it is fully derived from humus. No N-P-K data at all. So if numbers are what tickle your fancy try Advanced Nutrients Ancient Earth, it is supposed to have 1% potash and 0.5% humic acid.
Ancient forest is a humus product.... it has no real NPK values... Its awesome for teas and has all sorts of microbial stuff in it, great product IMO........ I am all about the supersoil at the moment but if you havent done a run of supersoil without adding anything aside from what the base ingredients are, I would just make it as directed... However, I ordered some ancient forest myself but its mainly for when I make compost teas and not for adding it to my SS.....it may not be a bad idea but I would suggest making a small batch of SS and adding it to that and see how it works out if its what you wanna do.

Try it... Myself personally I dont think I know enough to say SS needs anything, the results speak for themselves and I am all about seeing what it can do and learn a bit more before I start "tampering" with it..... but I really cant see anything wrong with adding a little... but this my man is where we all get in trouble.... ahhh... a little a diss, sumah dat. a hector of this....... so just keep yourself in check... I know I get crazy with the measuring spoons or lack of so....
My personal advice.... what I plan to do with it once my bag of it gets here..... is use it in my teas along with castings/compost and some other things.. I think the life you'll be adding to the soil will be more alive and be happening more consistently if you did it like that... A couple cups in 6 C.F. of soil is kinda like pissing in lake Michigan I think though, not exactly like pissing in an ocean but may as well be...
Its good stuff, that I will say... I've missed not having it on hand, until recently I havent had too many grow shops locally... I actually freaked the hell out because all my plants that I topdressed with it had these little critters crawling around on them after that, come to find out they were some kinda beneficial mites or something (I forgot the name and dont wanna sound any dumber...) but I'm assuming they came from the ancient forest seeing they werent around before the top dress....
