Someone told me recently that if you were busted for growing at your home and you had LEGAL guns then you would face charges for having those guns... is that true?

Actually, this type of story first came about around the same time as the Y2K paranoia:

Becky, my wife, went to her long-time doctor today. The conversation shifted to current events. This very credible doctor told her his brother-in-law followed a truck part of the way home from Beaumont. The truck was loaded with signs covered, individually, with cardboard.

The truck stopped at a stop sign, and the bro-in-law, could read a label on the boxes which said "Martial law signs".This was on Saturday March 27 1999.

Again, this was from a medical doctor who is very credible. This is not just hearsay or rumor from folks we dont know. You might want to pass this on, and keep your powder dry!

This information is from an extremely reliable source from the North Idaho area:

This morning May 14, 1999 at the Coeur d'Alene Idaho truck scales, a truck came through that was accidentally overloaded. They made them bring in a another truck to unload some of it's load to reduce the weight of the truck. What was being off-loaded is what sends up a RED-FLAG.

They were unloading road signs. Some of the road signs read the following "MARTIAL LAW - ROAD CLOSED". All the signs had something to do with Martial Law.

Yes, possession of any firearm by a person who uses any illegal drugs is a criminal act. It's one of the questions on many state's gun permit applications. I imagine growing legally you'd be able to justify them but an illegal grow it would add a lot of time to your sentence. There is much confusion on the firearm and legal grow debate in WA and CO. But hey, I love both so, so be it.

he retired because they redistricted tx-14 and he was too unpopular outside of the old lines on the map to be reelected. so he did what any smarmy politician would do: a fake run for president, he collected your money bombs, he funneled them to family members to work on his "campaign", and he laughed all the way to the bank.

why would homeland security need to be prepared for the possibility of martial law?

why would FEMA need to be prepared with caskets if there was an emergency?

i mean, we could totally just let corpses rot without any expectation of illness or harm to others if there ever was an emergency like that, right?

I don't think they are Chicken Little. Obama is going to drive us into bankruptcy hence the need for *martial law. They use body bags unless someone is highly contaminated. Even you understand all that.

I had to call Germany and the receptionist hung up on me. "I no understand' click. Well I guess the next time they tell me to call they will have someone who understands English answering the phone-I hope. Same thing happened when I called Italy.

Now the French were polite and understood English. At least one thing went right.

The driver probably had the signs because they were on their way to the dump because they spelled martial law wrong.
