looks like mites to me. they are that kind of small dots you usually only see with parasites or mold.

Deficiencies usually have bigger spots iirc. Are there bigger spots somewhere on the plant?

Thing is that i used 55x microscope and the leaves are extra clean underneath. No specs, eggs, especially mites. Could high ph do this?
the leaves arnt turning silver, no signs of webs, i took 2 leaves under a microscope and no sign of anything. looks burnt on top and on the bottom look the same, the spots are different shapes and sizes

Hey bro. Not trying 2 be a smart ass or anything, but 4 real, just because you "checked out 2" ladies leaves & you didn't see any signs of a "parasite" it doesn't mean there not present. :( I had mites once upon a time, & my leaves
Looked just like your pictures. It started out with a whiteish flim substance on "bottom" leaves. Then spread upwards on the plant. I checked just a "few" leaves myself & didn't see anything. I had to really get in there, move leaves around & branches, & then started noticing "tiny black spots" a few here & there on the "underside" of the leaves! Those little bastards are the plague!!
I can't STAND THEM! And they will fuck all plant all up!! I ordered me some neem oil, used it every other day 4 about a week, & until my order arrived I
Mixed up some dish "about a tbl. Spoon" to a spray bottle of h2o & dosed all
Her leaves under and ontop of all her leaves, & did this in a seprate room, "bathroom" in the tub, as to try not & spread those little bastards!! It really seemed 2 help!! I also wiped down my entire grow room with bleach, then went through & lighty sprayed the neem oil on the walls & floor aswell, & then
Wiped it off, in hopes to kill of any on walls & floor area! It solved my problem.
Boy was I glad!! I 4 real hope that isn't your case!! But I'm telling ya, those leaves look just like my girls did, & mites where the issue.. well, I hope you get it fixed bro... later.

Spraying the leaves with water with a light that is too close seems logical aswell.

If there are no bugs present it is a calcuim/magnesium def.

seriously guys, i took 2 leaves off the plant, and also checked the whole plant aswell. there is no sign of any bugs. im 100 % sure that a 55x lense would show at least some sign of infestation. they look burmt, not eaten. i was using a natural bio humus fert. and it said it raises ph. do you think this is cause of high ph? or like said above, mg def.

Yeah it also could be what's going on aswell! What's your ph & what's the ph of your
Ro? I would check that, if there's no bugs. Could be that with a combo of mag/cal defiency.
You ccould give a dose of cal-mag or epsom salts & see if that works, wouldn't hurt nothing.
Make sure your ph is in correct range though.. by God will nail the problem one way or another, lol!! ;) hope that helps! I swear though bro, that 1st pic looks just like a few of leaves
On an older plant of mine, I had in a grow a few years back! Not saying your blind or anything,lol.. its just nuts how much it looks like mine did! And mine also "looked sad" too! :(
Well, I'm sure it will get straightened!... ;) later.
