I spoke to a different maintenance guy today and he hadn't heard anything about the inspections but he is going to ask his boss about it. His boss is the one who told me in the first place. This guy I spoke to today said if it is the maintenance people going around checking then I am ok and they won't even check my place but he doesn't know for sure who will be checking so he is going to find out. I think there will be some money coming his way if he comes through like he says he will. ;-) Worst case scenario I will have to break everything down for a day or two and then set it back up, but hopefully I can avoid this whole thing completely.

drcabana - I see you have experienced the explosive growth of the undercurrent DWC! Nice job on setting up the external reservoir with a float valve, that has definitely been on my mind for a future addition to my setup. That way I can leave the system alone for a few days without worrying too much.

Are you flowering yet? If not, I would flip that shit over, your screen is nicely filled. Nice work.

What is that thing you are holding in your hand, a vaporizer?

yes, a Vapir no2 ( Harm Reduction, I do not want carbon monoxide and tar, just thc and cbd )

I'm 12 days of transition, with the timer on 12/12

ph 5.9 ec 1.0

I traveled for six days, and when I arrived everything was ok! I love rdwc, very practical

Very nice, I like automation in my setup. I don't want to be completely unnecessary to my plants but it would be nice to be able to get away for a few days.

so i have decided to do 2 waterfarms in the new 4x8 tent but with 7 gallon res buckets instead of the 5 gallons that come iwith them. with 2 seperate screens. :)

need ur tea recipe pimpin if im going to figure out cost of a new tent and equipment and nutes etc....

So I have had my first experience with Powdery Mildew! Yay my clone and mom tent is infected. :finger: Actually it was only the Herojuana mom that had a few leaves with PM but I don't want to wait for the rest to get infected so I removed the affected growth and sprayed everything in the tent with fungicide. Anyone dealt with PM before and have any good tips?

I use a 3 gallon bucket and a net pot with the bottom cut out. The net pot is used to hang the paint sock into the water. The paint sock can be purchased at Home Depot in the paint section, just ask where the strainers are. I use the 5 gallon version because I don' think the 1 gallon version will work. I brew the TEA for 48 hours, but a little more or less won't hurt it too much. You can then refrigerate the TEA uncovered for 7-10 days. Make new TEA when it gets to day 8 and you will have continuous TEA.

I make 3 gallons of TEA at a time and this is what I put in it:

Equipment

  • 3 gallon bucket
  • net pot with bottom cut out
  • paint sock filter
  • air pump (1 watt per gallon= 3 watt pump)
  • air stones

Directly in the bucket

  • 3 gallons R/O water
  • 2 tablespoons Compost Tea Catalyst
  • 5 ml Orca
  • 5 ml Roots Excelurator

In a "sock type" paint filter dipped into the bucket:

  • 1 handful of Earth Worm Casting
  • 3 handfuls of Humisoil

Put water and catalyst in bucket and then put air stones in the bucket, plug pump in, and wait 15 minutes. Put Orca and Roots Excelurator in bucket. Then put filter over net pot and place into the bucket, then put humisoil and EWC in the paint filter. Put one air stone in the paint sock with the EWC and Humisoil and the other air stone directly in the water. You want the water to be turbulent so that there is good oxygenation for the bacteria and fungi to grow. You will have great TEA in 48 hours, enjoy!

Thx, does neem work for little black flies, maybe aphids or something like that? I will take some pictures of my fly trap, it has some of these little fuckers on it.

I dont know, because flying pests seem to leave larve in the soil to fuck up roots. Once they are bigger they fly away and drop more eggs so foliar wont prolly work. If they are in the soil then it might work as a drench, but there are better soil drenches out there.

add another fan, that helped me about a year ago... Make sure its semi windy in there.

i use a sulfur spray during veg all the way up to the beginning of the second week of flower.

some guys have other idea. like milk and water. 10 parts water to one part milk i believe. not sure if it works or not.

its starting to rain outside hardcore. ill have to spray the shit outside once the rain stops. i use sulfur. but not far into flower.
