Buying clones on craigslist...

Anyone that grows dank well, doesn't need a farmers market.
And for the 99 % that don't grow dank or grow well, it's an awesome and much better idea than a dispensary system.. Not to mention a great place to meet others in the industry. Or are we all 1 %ers here not capable of enjoying or contributing to making our community a better place?

I like to hang on to excess to take it to the markets, and help patients with anything from getting this medicine, to tips in their own grows, or just plain old hanging out with a few of them.. I don't give a shit if they know how to grow or not, I'm there to educate and help the community understand MMJ as a medicine.

So, we can continue to be elitists on this board, but it really doesn't help anyone or serve any purpose whatsoever. In the meantime I'm gonna keep going to the markets and do my best to get true medicine out to all who need or want it, regardless of skill or ability to grow.

I think Farmer's markets are great but I don't have a reason at this point to go anymore. I love to mingle but time is limited these days. Besides I know most of the folks here that have a booth have great meds compared to the other stuff I've seen but still the quality overall needs much improvement. Also dudes like they old white widow man need to get fuckin real with those donations. Outdoor shouldn't be that pricey :)

You can go with your meds and help raise the standard of medicine around the markets, you don't have to buy the 85 an eighth stuff (thank god) In the meantime you will be helping out patients who would otherwise be getting fucked by that douche! One way to get people to change is through a little 'friendly' competition if you get my drift ;)

Is the theory based on the notion that once the product is ready it is spoken for?
I understand the idea of less publicity but at the same time I think the people who "grow dank" should grace the markets with their presence or at least their product and help the patient community understand quality and possibly pricing..
If this came to fruition, people like the old white widow man would be leaving the markets with his jars full and patients would really be getting medicine that counteracts their ailment(s).
As a patient, I know I would appreciate a selection of true quality medication.

There has been some legit top-shelf there accompanied by good prices ($40 an 1/8 is the best I have seen), but typically those vendors are packing up halfway through the market for obvious reasons..

Craigslist and clones , was a hit here in Michigan until caregivers/patients started being raided and busted on the spot .. Then the others realized most clones were counterfeits or shitty phenos along with the odds of being infested with disease and pests ..

Think about it , what moron would put there grow at risk for change ? Thats all this amounts too and you ll surely find shady sellers and many diff types of loosers 9 out of ten times ........Still want to risk going to jail for this possibility ? Take the time and resource your area and youll find clones from a safer source .........

I'm the old guy that daily lurks at a few forums. Until a year and a half ago when I got my mmj card I hadn't smoked weed since the army days back in hawaii during the vietnam war. I could probably write a book on my learning curve over the last 16 months. I've had bugs, bad genetics, heat, hell and lots of fun...gotta luv a challenge.

Now I've been re-programmed that this medicine is good stuff, at least it helps with my old bones and it helps my patients that are all older than me and have their own aches and pains. I believe the science behind the medicine and continually research the science behind all the bells and whistles the grow shops try to sell us.

My genetics aren't super duper, but i've managed to cull out the strongest plants from strains me and my patients like. I've gone through various kinds of soil, coco, and dwc. I've tried all the super nutes and additives, and have determined that all the hype people try to sell is mostly bull. Back to simpler times, dirt, tea and organic nutes work for me.

I'm still paranoid about police organizations that don't care about this new law because they have to meet their arrest quota's for the month, but my caregiver patients are cool, helpful and we've established friendships. Other new friends are patients that prefer my meds and service and come to me for their meds.

Just an average guy, with average meds, and above average friends that like my meds...life is okay :)

My point was that you cant find quality in quantity at the market cuz its not there, the guys with it already have their people they get rid of it to.

Have you ever been to a market?
Just curious, because I have found my allotted 2.5 ounces at one of these markets (during harvest down time) and it was indisputably dank/top shelf. Not to mention it was either 200 or 250 per.
I dont think obtaining weight is much of an option at these gatherings, but I could be wrong.

Majority of the herb is bunk for sure but IMO you can find the top shelf if you show up early enough/ to the right markets .
I have missed out on good opportunities all the same due to wondering syndrome and lack of vendor knowledge.

I once bought from a guy that handled nothing but 2 elite strains, he sold each clone for 25 dollars a pop, he sold 80 a week all on craigslist. change? if my math is correct that's a cool two grand a week of tax free dollars, that's some big change.

I have a policy of never doing a cops job for them, which prevents me from dealing with strangers on CL for plants.

Probably better when you're buying as cops probably don't have a bunch of clones to try to sell, but if you sell clones on CL, imagine the look on a cops face when a simple email while sitting on their ass gets someone coming to them with a dozen mj plants.

How come they never have good bud if they have such good clones. Ive been to only 3 farmers markets, twice ive went with a pocket full of money,
Yet i still end up going to my street dealer.
Then you didn't stop by my table... thats fo sho... and im pretty snobish sometimes, but this time i saw a lot of bombs beside my own... i had killer shit, and mids for cheaper... did you go this last one? the wegrow farmers market seemed to have a lot better meds and clones than the camp 420 ones. hopefully i get a table for this one too.

No point in using craigslist when there are a few arizona based message boards that have private areas.
I can't say my luck has been good using PM to get clones. I'd still like a couple of Blueberry clones. Blue Dream too.

I'll be ready for those when it is cool enough for my grow tent.
