So, Far out of the two 5 packs I have ran 1 full blown hermie, and 2 out of the 3 females have displayed Nanner's picking them off seems to becoming more frequent... :( seeds were acquired from BloomingBasements Michigan Rep. about 4-5 months ago or so. Now, Before I was done I already placed another order from attitude for 20 more seeds. I will no doubt have a good number to look threw. hope it was not a wasted investment
I have had nanner issues with my plushes. Predominantly with the Purple pheno. But she just yields so damn much and is so damn frosty, that I hate to let her go. It started as just a couple nanners towards the end with the purple, but now I get them at around week 5 and in higher numbers, keeps me busy with my snippers cutting them out, lol.

The pink pheno gets them late in flowering, but I think that is my fault. I think I just let her go for too long. Gonna take her at 56-60 this time and see how she does. The problem I have with my pink pheno is that it just likes to flower, no matter what stage it is in. Some call this an autoflower issue, but it works 2 ways. Any slightest stress induces flowering on her, but as long as you keep her happy, she is a happy camper. The way this works to benefit me, is that as soon as flowering starts, she is the first to start flowering a couple days before anyone else. SO I don't really call it an "autoflower" issue so much as she is just really eager to flower. But once she does... look out, some monster colas for sure. The bitch of it is that cloning her is a bitch, because she freaks out and starts flowering in the cloner. As long as you can wait her out, and let her start vegging again, you'll be fine. I took 5 clones from my last Pink plush in my latest batch of clones, only 1 made it, and it is sad looking. Think this may be the time to let her go.

I think in the end I am going to let one of them go so I can move on to bigger and better things. Seeds starting to stack up in the cupboards, lol. I definitely like the Pink pheno. I love the smell, but I don't think I have to run Plush to get that smell, because I think it really comes from the Space Dude. So I will probably run some Pandora's Box looking for something similar.

Overall, I'd say that Plushberry are definitely worth running. I learned a lot about growing along the way. The potency is really nice, the trich production is out of this world, yields are solid to good, it is a breeze to grow. It takes my nutrient regimen without complaint when I push it and wants more. They just have those damn nanners and the flowering issues that bother me, other than that. I think it is real good. I will prob do a large run in the future, looking for something a little more stable.

Thanks for the nice words, I appreciate it. I'm still new to this indoor thing...so I'm still learning. I was much better outdoors than inside but I got sick and tired of low flying helicopters and paranoia so I called it quits.

You're about to cut down your PB soon, right? I think u said yours is a week or 2 behind mine.
Damn nice work!

I'm chopping in two weeks. Not happy with the bud density... Not sure if my light intensity was a factor. I had bleached leaves, it was so strong. Sugar leaves are super-frosted. Smells great. No burnt tips.

Wish sub would step in and maybe shed light on the hemrie thing
Me too. I run a very tight ship and have absolutely no room for hermies. My plan is to build a separate box with a hepa filter when flower time comes, and flower them in there, away from my main room. My hope is that I find no nanners but better safe than sorry.

I am interested in the fact that the "older" seeds seem OK, according to a couple of posts here. How do I tell if my pack is an older pack? Anyone know?

Ultimately I am looking for a fragrant pink male to cross with my Northern Lights female. (A freaking outstanding cut of NL, too!)

I'm not sure how all the sudden people feel a strain thats only been created some 7 months could be old.
The dominant state of Cannabis is duel sex its not some secret its spelled out in detail in every cannabis botany book.
I have 3 plush runs within driving distance and the 3 growers won't be dropping there massive pink berry budded plants soon.
When you distribute seeds by the tens of thousands the few people that get a bad pheno here and there grow in incident. 69 pages of happy Plush growers on this thread with a very few small issues.
You push this strain she will react simple treat her right she treats you right I had no issues nor did any of the original testers.
SElect the good ones toss the bad ones thats cannabis cultivation guys!

Thanks! That helps a lot.

Also, when we say "older seeds", we mean seeds from previous runs. Plushberry has gone out of stock at a number of places, then been restocked, which says to us who are not privy to your business (nor should we be) that there have been multiple runs. When you read a few reports that the strain, which has been stable so far, has hermed under a few different conditions we want to know what those are so we can avoid it. That you are available, and approachable on here encourages us to ask you questions directly. We know this is a luxury, not many other breeders are available to ask questions of directly.

So thanks again.

Just pulled 3 Plushberry phenos from 10 gal smartpots at Day 62 and holy fuck they are mental. The color, aroma and resin production are off the hook on all 3. It's going to be hard to pick our mama from this bunch. 5 popped, 3 incredible females, no hermies. More info to come...

I'll post here when I have my Plushberry thread started :-)

Well, This last 20 seeds of plush berry I'll just feed a "LIGHT" organic regiment and see if that has anything at all to do with it..... but, I'm going to guess that running 30 seeds of one particular genetic should give a fair example of the breeders work.... right?

All 5 of my Plushberry seeds cracked, into rockwool they go! I am really looking forward to this, I've been wanting these seeds since they came out.

Sure.. but more a fair example of your work. Running a full grow journal so others can help troubleshoot if there are problems would be the way to do it. The genetics are just the start, everything from there on is the grower.

You should be psyched with your Plushes. I am with mine :-)
