yes sounds perfect u might wanna check out the cfk tutorial on this site its a big help. Plus u might IMO add some 2700k light spectrum in there during your veg and when you switch to flower your plants like mostly all 2700k cfl bulbs hope this helps happy growing looking forward to seeing more.

yeah sounds good, you can always add supplemental bulbs to help out try to avoid 3500k-4000k everything else is fair game

Carl: I've vegged with both 5,000K and 6,000K lamps and flowered with 2,700K and 2,800K's with no problem but if you're going to have to string cords all over your grow area you might want to consider using a single fixture of T-5's. Just make sure you buy a fixture that's big enough to completely cover your entire grow. I hope that helps. HSA
