I just harvested my plants and found a ton of seeds in the nugs. Question is, if i plant those seeds will they be hermies or was it because i stressed the plant to be a hermie? The seeds are super strong and healthy. This was my first grow btw. Thanks yall!

I guess it wasnt a hermie because it didnt have balls. but there is a gang of seeds in the nugs. I picked out 10 seeds in a 2.5 nug

You had a hermie somewhere u didnt see until it was too late... Check for light leaks, and make sure u arent stressing them in any ways.. But, on the bright side, you probably have some good "fem'd" seeds from the plant that went hermie, and alot of female seeds in any other females it may have partilially pollenated, as the pollen produced from the hermie was female pollen... U may not even have any males pop up outta your new seeds... U have a good seed stock to play with now... Cheers to u, man... I had the same damn thing happen on my last grow, and was pissed at the time, but, now that I'm in week 5 or 6 of flowering those F1 "accidents", I'm patting myself on the back... So, u have had yourself a glorious "fuck-up", my friend... Enjoy...

If it was all female, and u got seeds out of some of it, u most definately had a "rougue" hermie hiding out somewhere where u never saw...

U shouldnt have any hermies out of those new seeds, if u keep your conds tight, and keep an ever watchful eye during all phases of growth... Hermie seeds do not necessarily equal hermie progeny... Usually just female progeny...

Thanks Ganjagod, With the light leaks, I didnt have them in a tent or anything just in a room so that might have been the problem. Thats cool af about the fem seeds :)

Yep... Hermies produce female pollen, and if the greencrack wuz female, then BAM! u got all female genetics of both strainz... Ya'll need a stamp? lol!

Yes you most likely had a hermie. Sometimes they can be hard to spot, but it doesn't need a lot to seed everything. The seeds will produce all females but might be prone to throwing more balls and seeding subsequent crops. If you continue to grow these seeds you would basically be selecting for hermaphroditism and would continue to see more of them in the seeds. Unless the plant(s) were really good I wouldn't recommend growing them unless you don't have anything else to grow.

This is also true... Which is why I am not a fan of "Fem'd" seeds... But, with the watchful eye, most of the time any 'naner-shaped "surprises" can be caught before given the chance to do any harm, especially if the grower doesn't have a reliable and safe access to the awesome stabilized strains that our seed companies offer... But the recipient of the pollen from the hermie may have stronger genetics that would possibly "over-ride" any liklihood of future hermie outbreaks, especially with carefully controlled conditions...

Well the thing is, When I first posted this I only had harvested my g13, the plants that had seeds. But now, I harvested my og clone and there is once a few seeds. way less then the other plant. So would the og seeds be a cross of g13 and og.

Im thinking that the g13 plants pollinated my og clone. Would the seeds coming off the og plant be a og or a ogxg13?
