and 700k lost jobs a month was the crowning achievement of the bush/romney economic policy.

i'll settle for the alternative.
why you say Bush/Romney, to me it seems Bush/Obama. It's the same damn plan, expand government.

We know what we have now (well, we kinda do, he just needs a little flexibility) and I'm not impressed. Can we try maybe someone with at least a little financial reality?

And NO, Romney is not self-made no matter what his campaign will tell you, but he does understand deficit spending is unsustainable, that's a plus.

what on earth did Bush do that leads you to believe he practiced Reagonomics? tax cuts? Let's see, under Bush aides to foreign countries increased exponentially, very liberal policies like no child left behind that is having the usual unintended consequences that any good conservative would have told them would happen, deficit spending like a drunken soldier.

I wish you guys would stop fixating on the percentage (number) and focus on the tax code itself. Obama raising taxes on those rich pizza store owners and dry cleaners will do far more damage while shifting even more wealth to the top. The guy who owns the gas station is not rich, the guy who owns the refinery is. They are affected in completely different ways by Obama's lust for re-election (not an increase in revenues, no matter what you guys say). The way the country has bought into this take it from that guy because he has more than me mentality saddens me. I hate the billionaire, therefore i want to raise taxes on my doctor. WTF?

or the guy who has added on less new spending than his predecessor.
death by a thousand cuts....
so hope and change has turned into "well he doesn't suck as bad as Bush so far"

woo hoo

ftr Buck, i too think Bush sucked and was one of the worst presidents of our lifetimes so being better than him is not a good enough reason to vote for Obama again.

and to be perfectly honest, Romney resembles Clinton's 2nd term more than Bush's.

You forgot to add he was in bed with big pharmacy. So much big government so little time to list them all.

oman, don't get me started on our FDA/Big Pharma. Sorry you can't use the cheaper alternative proven to work from Canada because it might not be safe, instead take these pills made in Malaysia by a US company. The soon to be former health care bill entrenched this even further.
