man, i just want to say i'm really emberassed by some of the comments on a thread of this sort, no matter who's name is on it, it's a disgrace..
think about it, and i'm sure all of these people talking shit have never spent a second behind bars, otherwise you'd not wish to see anyone for any reason to have to spend time behind bars, shit sucks big hairy cock... and the fact that someone may have hurt your e feelings to be behind bars and you to be cheering it on, i don't even know what to say really, but grow a tougher e skin...
yah, i was here for all the banning, and at the time i thought it was a bit much, but as time went on and some of the members that were banned slowly came back, i had wished that they hadn't 99% of the time... as i grew to see what the person who banned them saw them for, but w/e man, dude is in jail for fuck sake..

I spent 30 days in the brig for smoking pot in the Army. I had/have a 9 year old daughter at the time and it was christmas time. I screwed up, it was all my fault. I accepted that, and paid my penalty. I was kicked out of the army with a general under honorable conditions. There are all kinds that can judge me for this. But as FDD did/is, it is his penalty, and the courts punishment. We should be sending our wishes to his family because no matter who he is or what he did he left something behind, that will desperately need him. He doesnt need to come back to a place (RIU) where he may seek some type of refuge (no matter how fucked up) from the life that he dealt himself. He is paying his penalty, and may continue to do so for some time. We cant punish him further here, else all this karma that is being brought up in vain may actually stand for something for those speaking it.

Agreed . I'm out on bail myself now after an afternoon of excitement . Didn't have to be here for the banning to see this site is ... well the only one I go on and would like to help . Those who want bad ass shit to happen to others here can and probably should go somewhere else . The charges how what and where cant help him by being posted at all .

I wouldn't sit still while ANY of you fucking haters were in jail, WHY cant we just put shit behind us for just a while, get him out, THEN start hating on him again!!! I know he's an easy target, but I like to think that this is somewhat tighter knit than that. He's a fucking great grower, and has helped out more than a few of you.

Yes, fdd got popped by the feds. His wife said she looked out the window and the FBI was in their back yard. It has nothing to do with Rollitup, the story goes like this. He sold to someone who narked on him, probably to save themselves. So the feds targeted him, and asked fdd for some bud. fdd met with them, but didn't bring any bud. So they arranged another meeting to make the purchase, but instead the feds went to his house. They found his stash and arrested him. He is in jail in Oakland, and the feds want to move him to Illinois. His wife says he is not doing well, his blood pressure is way high. She is distraught, and feeling helpless. She says they cannot afford an attorney, so he doesn't even have one yet.
I don't think he has even been charged yet, although they have held him for 10 days. They have threatened him with conspiracy, and a penalty of 10 years to life.
I really appreciate your offers to help by donating to his family. If I can pull it off, I will try to handle your donations.
